Here’s some of the latest pics. of the boys. I know, it’s been too long since anything new has been put up. I’m just lazy. and tired. :) Tho, I shouldn’t be… Aaron is sleeping through the night (completely!). He’s finally rolling from front to back and his favorite position to sleep in is on his left side. He just discovered the “m” and “b” sounds, so he’s been saying “mamamama” and “bababa”, but the best is “mmmba”. And he doesn’t giggle, just squeals— and it’s really, really loud, and really, really high-pitched. You don’t want your ear too close to his mouth when he lets loose, b/c your ear will be ringing afterwards. bath3.jpg

Alex started his new/old school (long story) and is so incredibly happy there. And he doesn’t come home anymore and say “so-and-so punched me today” or “I got pushed and punched again.” I hated his old school. Now, he comes home and says “I learned about Chinese animals today” or “I was inside a giant bubble and blew little bubbles inside it!” (This actually happened. Mr Bubble came to the school and the kids got to make humongous bubbles)

He’s 15 lbs. and 25 inches. 4 months3.jpg And he loves to smile!

So, we realized that Alex had started on ‘real’ food at 4 months, since he had been having rice cereal in his bottle since 2 months (bad reflux), so we figured it was time for Aaron to at least try rice cereal. eh. wrong. He wanted nothing to do with it. Which is good since the doctor said to hold off at least another month for food. Oh well! angryfeed.jpg

I know he’s probably really not teething yet, but, oh the drool! And the gnawing!teething?.jpg And I swear I see two little bumps on the bottom gums, but…he’s only 3 1/2 months old, for cryin’ out loud! He’ll probably be just like his big bro and not get teeth till he’s 7 months, and just keep drooling away. Oh well! Until then, I’ll just be his chew toy. :)

Aaron is 3 months already (ok, he’s 2 days shy, but we had his 3-month well-visit today). He is now 13 lbs. 6 1/2 oz. and 24 1/4 inches- 50% for everything. BUT, he’s a 1/4 of an inch bigger than Alex was at 3 months…. I’m going to be a midget in a land of giants. :) OH, and he learned how to roll from his tummy to his back, which actually stinks b/c when he wakes in the middle of the night, instead of getting himself back to sleep, he rolls over and can’t roll back. He looks like a turtle, with all limbs flailing in the air. It’s very amusing.

Ok, so he’s not quite 2 months, but since we’ll be in FL when he is, we went for his check-up today. He is 22 1/2 inches and 10 lbs. 11 3/4 oz. I swear, I thought he was going to weigh more than that! That puts him at 50% for length and 45% for weight—completely average. :) Tho, I expect very soon he will be joining his big brother in the realm of “off-the-charts” for height.3.jpg
